Argentinian born designer, Maggie Reynal, moved to New York in 2006 to attend Parsons School of Design. Being exposed to a world where everything needed to be fashion forward, wearable and beautiful, Maggie felt she didn’t fit there and soon realized that her interest was not in the fashion world system of brands. With modern architecture as her main inspiration, the collections are always an experiment in order to create new shapes. β€œI am not really interested in following trends or becoming a part of the superficial side of fashion. For me, design has to do with inner emotions and with points of view. I am way more into creating new and interesting clothes, than beautiful onesβ€œ MYF is all about small and personal collections that are all handcrafted by the designer β€œI love doing my own patterns and samples, for me, one piece of clothing is the starting point for the next one. While I am working in one piece the next idea will most likely hit me. It’s a processβ€œ
