Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it with original packaging and tags and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. You will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Please allow 3-4 business days for our boutique to receive your return. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Exchange Policy

If you receive an item and you’d like another size or style, please fill out the form below and we will be happy to process your exchange for an item with the same value. We will try our hardest to accommodate your request, however, exchanges will be dependent upon availability.

PROCESSING TIME

Most of our items will be made once we receive your order. Our designs are hand crafted and therefore, we do not work with stock. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. We promise that the wait is totally worth it!
